I was born in Kurdistan, Iran, and grew up and studied Visual Communication in Basel — somewhere along the way, I became a photographer. I am interested in how people influence spaces and how spaces influence people. This is where my images are created: between structure and chance, between planning and intuition.

My main focus is reportage, architecture, and portrait photography, but in the end it is always about stories — about lines, light, and small details that you often notice only at a second glance.

When I am not taking photos, I collect unusual stones or think about questions nobody asked.

I work with artists, architects, magazines, and institutions — and I am always open to projects that inspire visual curiosity.
